Oxford County administers a variety of housing programs, drawing on funding from all levels of government to support the creation of affordable and supportive housing. These programs offer incentives for developers, builders and prospective homeowners or landlords.

Since 2007, these programs have helped to create 650 new rental units and assist 171 families in purchasing their first home.
