Hoopla Update
Beginning March 1, 2026, Oxford County Library will be adjusting Hoopla monthly borrow limits from 7 to 5 items. As digital licensing costs continue to rise, this change helps ensure OCL can sustainably offer digital collections and maintain access for all library users. We appreciate your support as we work to manage library resources thoughtfully.
