New Reciprocal Borrowing Agreement
Oxford County Library and Woodstock Public Library are launching a new reciprocal borrowing program on January 1, 2026, allowing Oxford County residents to register for cards and borrow materials from both systems at no cost. This partnership expands access to books, media, and more, giving residents greater choice and convenience.

Library Board Opening
Oxford County invites engaged citizens to apply for one opening on the Oxford County Library Board for the remainder of the 2023–2026 council term, helping guide library policies and services under the Public Libraries Act and the 2024–2028 Strategic Plan. The Board meets nine times in 2026 with in-person and virtual options, and interested residents are asked to submit an application and resume by January 28 at 4:30pm.
