Use: For roasting large quantities of vegetables, poultry or larger cuts of meat in the oven.  May also be used as a baking dish for casseroles or as a bain marie for slow cooking the contents of other dishes.

Cleaning instructions: Due to its size, wash by hand though it is dishwasher safe.  Dry immediately to prevent rusting.

Special instructions: Do not use metal utensils, use abrasives or abrasive cleaners as they potentially will scratch the surface.
