Use: Make 12 2-inch ravioli at a time. Drape fresh pasta dough over the mould. Add a portion of filling to each of the12 sections. Top with a second layer of dough. Roll rolling pin over the mould to cut and seal the ravioli.
Cleaning instructions: Wash by hand with hot, soapy water and a dish cloth or sponge. Rinse and towel dry. Do not use abrasive cleansers, scouring pads or scrubbing brushes as they will scratch the surface. Do not wash in dishwasher as some users have reported mould’s non-stick coating has peeled off in the dishwasher.
Special Instructions: Some users find preparing the mould with vegetable spray and/or flouring and not rolling hard enough to completely cut through the dough makes it easier to remove the ravioli from the mould once constructed. Sheet of ravioli will have to be separated to the individual raviolis after removing from mould with this method.
Do not overfill the ravioli as it will be more difficult to construct then remove from the mould.
