Maple Leaves Cookie Cutters

Consists of: A set of 4 maple leaf shaped spring-loaded cutters for making stamped cookies.

Dimensions: Extra Large: 7.9 x 6.35 cm (3.125 x 2.5 inches), Large: 5.7 x 5.7 cm (2.25 x 2.25 inches), Medium: 5.1 x 3.8 cm (2 x 1.5 inches), Small: 3.2 x 3.8 cm (1.25 x 1.5 inches)

Use: Roll out chilled cookie dough to the thickness of 5 mm (¼ inch).  Dust stamp with all-purpose flour to prevent sticking.  Carefully press cutter into the dough to cleanly cut out shape then depress the plunger in the centre of the cutter 2-3 times to stamp the impression on cut out dough.  Gently, lift the cutter and the cookie will slip out.  Bake as dough recipe directs.  May also be used for shaping sandwiches, cooked pancakes and puff pastry hors d'oeuvres.

Cleaning instructions: Wash by hand.  Not recommended for dishwashers.

Special Instructions: Stamped cookies are best done with sugar cookie or shortbread dough.  Spray cutters with cooking spray before use.
