Angel Food Cake
Consists of: A 25.4 cm diameter angel food cake pan with attached legs for cooling baked cake. Also known as an Angel Food Cake Tube Pan.

Use: Do not grease/flour pan. As it bakes, Angel Food Cake batter rises by “clinging” to the sides and the central tube of the pan. After baking, invert the cake pan while cooling to prevent the cake from falling in on itself and shrinking. Once cake is cool (approximately 2 hours), return to cake-side up and slide all of the way around the cake between the cake and side of the pan a long icing spatual or knife to dislodge the cake from the side. Place a large glass or mug on a flat surface and lower angel food cake pan over it. The outer section of the pan will separate, leaving the centre section and cake supported by the glass/mug. To finish dislodging the cake, run the long icing spatual or knife between the cake and base of the centre section then around the central tube. Invert the cake over a plate or wire rack. Remove centre section.
Cleaning instructions: Wash by hand. Not recommended for dishwashers.
