Help plan library programs, earn volunteer hours, and meet new people! TAG meets at the Ingersoll Public Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. Open to students in grades 9-12.

If you’re not able to come to the meeting, but are interested in joining please email our Outreach/Teen Librarian, Meagan at mberry@ocl.net for additional information.

What is TAG?

Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is open to teens in grades 9-12. Members will commit to meeting once a month (2nd Tuesday of the month) at the library and will suggest teen materials for the library, help create and advertise library events for teens, advise us on what our teen space should look like, and brainstorm ways that the library can be more relevant in their lives. Time spent at TAG meetings will count towards high school students’ Community Volunteer Hours, and we’ll have other volunteer opportunities throughout the year exclusively for TAG members. Our monthly meetings will be fun, a great way to meet new people, and we’ll always provide snacks!
