The stretch portion of the class will work on increasing flexibility throughout out the whole body, reducing tightness in the muscles and tendons, relieving tensions and stiffness and improving mobility. "Computer Tips & Tricks"

Occasionally there comes a time when assistance is required to get your computer "fixed". You will find a phone number for "Tech Support" and you are at a complete loss with the questions being fired upon you other than you know you put the power plug into the wall. You at least know how to turn the computer on and perform the basic keyboard functions otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. To better understand what you're working with and when it comes to the dreaded day of BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) and the call has to be made, at least know a few of the components and their use within the "BOX" (no profanities at this time, please).

All this computer stuff a foreign language to you? Here's a dictionary with all the "geek" words explained for you ;o)) FOLDOC (Free On-Line Dictionary Of Computing)
