You will find a phone number for "Tech Support" and you are at a complete loss with the questions being fired upon you other than you know you put the power plug into the wall. You at least know how to turn the computer on and perform the basic keyboard functions otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. To better understand what you're working with and when it comes to the dreaded day of BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) and the call has to be made, at least know a few of the components and their use within the "BOX" (no profanities at this time, please).
