1. Sign into your Hotmail Account.
2. Left click on Options.

3. When the Options window opens, left click on Safe and blocked senders

4. When the Safe and blocked senders window opens, left click on Safe senders or Blocked senders

5. When the Safe senders window opens, type in the Sender or domain to mark as safe: 

6. Left click on Add to list > > 

7. You may also < < Remove from list should a Safe sender change their E-mail address and is no longer used or when you make a spelling mistake and need to re-enter an e-mail address.

8. When the Blocked senders window opens, type in the Blocked e-mail address or domain:
