Use High Contrast

• Left click on Start

• Select the Control Panel

• Double left click on Accessibility Options

• Select the Display tab

• Left click on the box to set a check mark for Use High Contrast

• Left Click on the Settings button

• Set the Keyboard shortcut as shown

• Under High contrast appearance scheme, select one of the many 

• Left click on OK 

• Test and repeat until you reach satisfaction.
