  • Obtain application forms for Birth Certificate, Social Insurance Number and Employment Insurance, in addition to other government forms and documents.
  • Use high speed internet connections to check on-line job banks for available jobs.
  • Receive information and referral to other local programs and services available for job seekers (e.g., Job Finding Club).
  • Research prospective employers before applying or interviewing.
  • Use computers to write and print resumes and application letters.
  • Pick up tips to improve your resume-writing and interview skills.
  • Fax job applications or apply on-line free of charge.
  • Explore career options.
  • Sign up to take hands-on workshops about using the internet to land a job.
