Home Ownership Program graphicThe Home Ownership Program helps bring the dream of owning your own home within reach.

The program provides financial assistance to qualified low-to-moderate income households. Funding is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis, in the form of a 20-year interest-free loan registered on title and up to 5% of the purchase price of the home.

The Affordable Home Ownership Program is being delivered by Oxford County on behalf of both the federal and provincial governments.

If you are interested in applying, please review the eligibility criteria contained in the Home Ownership Program Guideline (not accessible).
