Not to be left behind on the virtual front, the National Hockey League has its own page at http://www.nhl.com. The site contains constantly updated information about the players, teams, and sports personalities. Some current articles include the "NHL Year in Review," "Stretching Techniques" and "Updates about the 2000 Season Draft."

The links on NHL.com are easy to find and take you directly to where you want to go. This is a no-nonsense, simple, easy to use website with good advertisements and a great design which makes it nice to look at and fun to surf.

The "Line-ups" link will tell you everything you need to know about players, coaches, teams, and officials. It includes profiles of all NHL players, including Most Valuable Players, Trophy Winners, Goalies and even Linesmen. You can learn the statistics about your favourite players and impress your friends with your trivia knowledge. Find out which coaches have led which teams to victory throughout the years and see if you have what it takes to be a coach or a player.

In the "World Game" link, there is information about hockey on International TV, Federations and the CSS Rankings, Euro stats and as well as articles about Canada's games across the world.

In "Fan Central" you can chat with other hockey fans, play some games, and have some fun. This is the place to ask your questions and read feedback from other fans. This is also where you will find online contests and learn about new team and sponsor promotions. NHL.com also provides a free e-mail service for hockey fans. Get your personal e-mail account including your favourite team in the address.

The "Kids" link leads to http://www.nhlkids.com, which is an easy to use site for kids to get the information they want on their favourite teams and players. They can learn about basic hockey skills and learn about Hockey clinics and street-hockey programs.

NHL.com also has a link where you can find out TV times for all the National Hockey League games-a must-see for all fans.
