E-Greetings the Way to Go This Christmas
Kira Girard
December 15, 2001

During this time of year, you may find yourself stuck in a crowded shopping mall amidst the hustle and bustle in a futile search for some reasonable Christmas cards to send out to your friends and family.

As you squeeze through the Christmas shoppers you finally catch a glimpse of the cards. You start searching through them only to realize that if you buy a package of cards they are all the same.

So you start thinking about Uncle Bob's great sense of humour and how you want to send him something that will make him roll on the ground with laughter. Then you think about your mother and how you want to send her a card to show how much you appreciate her.

So where are you going to find all of these cards in one place for a reasonable price-and fast?

Make things easy for yourself. All you have to do is get onto the Internet!

Online greeting cards are fast, easy and most importantly, free.

Another name for these cards is e-greetings. Once online, sending e-greetings is free, so you're not only saving the price of a store-bought card, you're also saving the price of a postage stamp.

There are a variety of online cards you can choose from that are sure to please each and every one of your family members and friends. The web site www.egreetings.msn.com has a lot of interesting features.

It is a site where you can pick out and personalize online Christmas cards and send them to all of your friends and family for the holidays. All of the cards feature music that plays when the card is received and some of them are interactive, which means that the receiver of the card will get to click on items in the card to uncover surprises.

These highly personalized cards are a great way to make people feel special, rather than feeling like just another name on the sender's Christmas card list.

Christmas is not the only holiday for which this site has had cards designed. There are cards for almost every holiday in the book.

You can also choose a category for your card. For example, if you are sending a Christmas card it would be a "holiday" card. Other categories include birthdays, interactive, love and dating, friendship, etc. This site offers a variety of cards for any occasion and style. You could choose a traditional card or a humorous card, whatever suits the person to whom you are sending the card.

Christmas card sending will be easier than ever before, and fun too. So, instead of sticking to the ordinary, try something extraordinary-e-greetings!
