This document
was found in a time capsule discovered near the cornerstone
of St. John's Anglican Church, Tillsonburg, Ontario.

The document
had been rolled to fit in the time capsule.
The back
of the document is soiled and there are dark cobwebs on the
surface.

3
The paper
was allowed to flatten.
As the
surface allowed, the paper was brushed free of soil.
Stage
4 - Restored Document
The entire
document was mounted on a large piece of Japanese fibre and
then encapsulated in ultra-violet filtered mylar and mounted
on acid-free foamboard.
